Give it a try!

Some of you will remember that I set myself the challenge to say 'yes' to more things. Well, this resulted in me applying for my old job but not even getting to interview stage and the other potential project despite a lengthy process it was a firm no. I’m glad I gave it a shot! Sure my ego was slightly bruised, but now that it’s faded I can see it wasn’t really for me. But the good thing was I attempted to step out of my comfort zone. Now this doesn’t happen as often as it once did, but let me tell you when an opportunity presents itself, I’m going to give it a try. After all, what’s the worse that could happen, another no… or next time it could be a yes!
