First viewing - Front room

This is what our front room looked like when we first viewed the house. A lot of the house contents came with the sale, with the exception of a handful of personal items removed by the pervious owners family before we moved in.
We would try to preserve all the period details such as the coving, ceiling rose, fire place surround, picture and dado rails. The stain glass windows were definitely staying, but the 70’s secondary glazing and most of the tired and broken furniture had to go.
